#11 2014 WANTSSSSSSSSSSSss

I have yet to really do my research on what's available and suitable. All I know is I need a light weight laptop. Current one is getting too old and cranky and too heavy for comfort when carrying it out.

Mum is complaining that I have too many bags but seriously, how can there ever be enough. Black and basic handbag suitable for every occasion is always my top priority.

Wallet is slowly rotting, not bad considering the fact that I've been using it for about 2 years... Kate Spade's wallet so chic yet cool I'm in love    Samantha Thavasa's not too bad too, but maybe a tad too girly for me but still under consideration heeeeeeeee

This book is too good to be missed! Especially credible since it's recommended by me who doesn't have a love for reading :) Love & Misadventure by Lang Leav

Need a portable charger badly because s4 is always dying while I'm outside. ):

#10 1314

2013 was a good start and it ended well. I almost met up with everyone who meant alot to me at a point in my life.

Had another steamboat and gift exchange with C's secondary school friends at xh's house.

Yeap and a few hours before meeting time everyone realized that they had to wrap their presents and someone.... suggested using newspaper and wrapped my present almost like a soccer ball HAHAHHA. Hey but it's the content that matters because the present inside is rather cute and useful. Not something I'll just throw at a corner and let it collect dust. Thanks Ekjun for the gift!

And the good thing about working at the same workplace is that I save the energy to get to know people that I'll only see for a month? Not forgetting Christmas gifts and food as treats ^^

Smoked Salmon sandwhich @ selfish gene cafe one day for lunch. Omg it was damn good, I have to go back again to try their breakfast plate. Looks so damn good when colleague was nomming it down ):

10am to 6pm. last order: 5.45pm

And then one fine day we went VivoCity for Marche during lunchtime. As what they said, I am indeed a special temp :)

Met up with rongzzzz too! Who says you can't make friends while working! Aside from the freaking low pay and utterly saikang job scope, the science center is a rather homely place to work in. Miss taking breaks and just playing around in the exhibition with Rong and Em. Having a snack stash is probably what caused me to gain so much weight then, oh and also the koi every 1 or 2 days :/

Rest well and get well soon!

Had the most budget secret santa with Anderson friends. Such a headache to think of what to get with a $5 budget. Thankfully for Daiso hahaha!Times flies and we are all growing up to be adults this year ):

Moving on from christmas to new year. Went for fireworks and countdown at Marina Bay Financial Centre. Can't believe it has been a year already ;') and the second year watching fireworks with C hehe. While watching the fireworks last year I was actually thinking whether we will watch it again together because a year seems so long later but we did it heh ;') Walked for an hour to plaza sing to watch American Hustle, which is a total waste of time and money. Read the plot the next morning and it's actually quite brilliant but not a show for the tired mind and body. Especially when it has no subtitles, I get lost damn easily. Supper/Breakfast at Swee Choon which sucks, expect for xlb and custard bun. At least I finally got to taste a decent custard bun after the disappointing one from hall's exam supper. Took the first train home and slept for awhile before heading out again to meet le hotdogs clubbers. Tried out D'good cafe while waiting for the other 3 to reach.

D'good has such pretty scenery. If only I'm so damn rich I'll just go to D'good whenever I need to study. And this time my Eggs Benedict were so much better!!! The yolk really flows out when it's cut open and coated my bread with half-boiled yolk hehhe good start to 2014.

And we ended the day with a tub of Spumoni from Island Creamery, thanks to jiahao for the treat and your amazeballs infos ;)

2014, I'm ready for you.

Starting off with the most important question this year.
"What pain do you want to sustain?"
"Because happiness requires struggle. You can only avoid pain for so long before it comes roaring back to life."

#9 Christmas 2013

"Christmas is the magical time of the year"
I love broadway style, reminded me of Broadway Mary Poppins when I went newyork during sec3 field trip.

Season of giving and love where everyone makes and effort to meet up with presents! ^^

Candlelight service with C and the cell. First candlelight service ever and I can't wait for the next one already! (:

And I finally got my wish to take a photo using the Cathay's photobooth when we had fellowship with Chowtee and Eileen because Chow refuses to take it when I asked him to the other day. The power of masses hahaha. Had Saizeriya and Chowtee blessed me with one gift after another even when I gave her nothing, such a blessing she is :)

And then was Christmas BBQ with 33rds at the new ny BBQ pit! Practically sat there doing nothing except eating. Whehe thanks to the guys for doing all the cooking. Such a wonder meeting up with people who went through tough and fun times together. We shed tears and sweat and all the drama with built up stress for upcoming events then but still we can meet up and have fun when it's over. Had gift exchange afterwards and everyone had to guess who's their secret santa. Got it correct at one go, only my roomie will buy me clothes as a present hehe. Mega 爱 ^^

And Christmas Eve was just a simple fare with C, which is enough with his presence :)

Just snippets of the weekend spent at Msia with the family. Both dogs are growing up so fast, the last I seen them was 4 months ago and I missed them at puppy stage forever ): Black pepper crab and Salted egg yolk crab after a trip to the Johor Premium Outlet, rather fine with the festive seasons sales. And yes, I finally got a haircut. No more sickening long fringe and no more green roots. Hello healthy hair!

#6

Finally liberated on Thursday!!! Supposed to go for an interview on Friday morning but I terribly overslept ): Didn't hear my alarm ring at all until the sunlight woke me up :/ So texted the recruit express agent to help me change my appointment time as I was sick. Partial truth cause I woke up fluish :/

Then I slept a little while more before I got up to meet ma bitches. Been long since putting on makeup and I actually forgot to put my mascara omg hahah.

Master plan of the day was to have brunch at any cafe in Tiong Bahru before catching 3 Peas in a Pod at Vivo. Guessed we reached the cafe scene much too early because only 40 hands was open when we were there. Had Eggs Benedict which was mehhhhhh, but I heard they are rather famous for coffee. I have no love for coffee so this place is probably not gonna earn another visit from me.

Closed on Monday.

I can't even remember how this group started but oh well, I'm glad to have them around. Amazing how we continuously met up despite being in different walks of life for the past 2 years. Waiting for the 30 years bitches photo compilation wheehehe <3 Rare days when the bitch smiles so nicely and we have a pretty decent group photo.

Bid YY farewell after the movie as he went home to prepare for his flight at midnight to Korea (remember all my souvenirs!!) Went around Somerset with Anna to spend the day away before meeting Strawhats for dinner and drinks.

Only 3/10 photos that we take will ever be normal, the rest are always unglam poses. Why are we weird like this?!?! Attempted some shopping but nothing caught my eyes ): Very desperate for clothes to wear to work )):

Finally met up with the Strawhats at evening for dinner at Santouka. Still as good as ever, especially the soup base. I can eat ramen everyday and not get sick of it really. Walked over to Alley Bar for drinks after that. Rather spacious but kinda spooky place with the lanterns and clothes display.

After 3 shots and an Erdinger ;) Great night spent with everyone!

#5 Half a Year 2

YEAR 2 SEM 1 IS OVERRRRRRRRRRRR. Finally, no more of waking up at 9 everyday, studying at NIE till 8 and even more studying after that till 12. So glad to be rid of that routine omg cannot believe I survived it. MS2012 was shit and MS2014 was fine but not expecting much because the bell cuve is gonna be so steeeeeeeeeep~

I've got this sudden attraction to Duffy. So damn cute in Monsters' Inc costume *SQUEAL*

Mickey was going to be taking a long sea journey. Minnie didn't want him to get lonely. So she sewed together Duffy and filled him with love. Mickey loved Duffy so much that he took Duffy with him everywhere. All of Mickeys Friends wanted Duffy bears of their own so Mickey started to sew Duffy Bears for them all.
When I finally get the chance to go Disneyland I'm gonna get myself a Duffy just so that he can be my travel companion too :)

Not looking to have to work actually but I ain't got choice. Not looking forward to the boy leaving but no choice. Have fun in HongKong!

Now I can truly enjoy the Christmas spirit whee hehe ^^
