Pu Tien with C and his family for lunch today. Yum yum in my tummy, what a great start to December. The stir-fried yams are the best I ever tasted in my life. It's crispy on the outside, coasted with a layer of sweetness yet still soft and moist on the inside. Can finish it all without feeling sick of it at all. Spinach with century and salted egg tops the table too, it's stock is fantabulous!
